雅思口语高分素材：环境保护问题

　　环境保护问题一直都是雅思出题人青睐的考试话题，写作和口语都经常遇到。最近的口语part1话题中就有，题目如下：

　　Environmental protection1. Would you like to work in a company related to environmental protection?2. How can we protect the environment?3. Do you think you’ve done enough to protect the environment?4. Is there education about environmental protection at school?

　　这四道题分别问我们“想不想在一个跟环保相关的公司工作，如何保护环境，你觉得自己为环保做出的贡献足够么，以及学校阶段有没有关于环保的教育。” 每个问题都不简单。 首先，我先用我的思路给大家回答一下这几道题。

　　1. Would you like to work in a company related to environmental protection?

　　I have never thought about it before. When I first chose my job, I paid more attention to whether this job is related to my major and whether it’s a big company. But now, I think it’s possible that if I want to change my career in the future, I would consider environmental protection related factors, such as whether this company is using part of its profit to engage in protecting the environment. It’s really a very important issue.

　　2. How can we protect the environment?

　　There are so many things we can do. A very simple one like never throw up is the thing that many people neglect. I can always see visitors in those tourist resorts littering around and this behaviour makes me furious. Besides, commuters should choose to buy electric cars or to take a subway. It’s simple and I believe more and more people would be willing to do it when they see how serious air pollution is.

　　3. Do you think you’ve done enough to protect the environment?

　　Definitely no. Even though I have done my best not to waste water and I travel by public transportations a lot, I still need to do more such as buying an electric car, which is the thing that I am seriously considering right now.

　　4. Is there education about environmental protection at school?

　　In China, there is. We have some science modules and during some teaching sessions, students can learn related knowledge about how to protect the environment. I believe that such lessons should be added more in order to help students to be aware of the seriousness of pollution.
