　　雅思口语Part 1新题素材 - 关于购物。这个题目其实涉及到的场景很多的，比如自己购物的习惯，喜欢那些东西，经常去哪里购物，购物方式是线下还是线上等等，但是这道题想要拿高分也不容易的，大家一定要在备考的时候多准备一些素材，以便随时调整！

　　Do you like shopping?

　　Definitely. I’m a born shopping freak and always have impulse buying. I mean, I often splash out a lot of money on those fashion accessories, like shoes, bags, cosmetics, and electronic products. Actually, it’s exhilarating to go shopping with friends during our free time, and it’s like walking on air when I try new items on. You know, even window shopping can make my day.

　　肯定得啦，我是个天生的购物狂而且总是冲动购物。我经常花很多钱在时尚配饰上，比如鞋、包、化妆品和电子产品。事实上在空闲时间和朋友一起去购物是很令人兴奋的，当我试穿新衣服的时候都能开心的不得了，哪怕就是逛逛也能让我舒畅一整天。

　　Do you compare prices when you shop?

　　Absolutely! For a student who always has a fairly tight budget, I compare prices when I’m shopping. Actually, it’s very important to compare prices when you shop as you might be ripped off by a shrewd businessman. So, I often look at the price of something at more than one store. You know, something might be “on sale” at one store. But another store might sell the same thing for less money.

　　绝对的，作为一个预算总是很紧张的学生，我在购物的时候会比较价格。事实上，在购物的时候比较价格是很重要的，因为你很可能会被精明的的商人忽悠到。所以，我经常会在不止一家商店查看某样东西的价格。虽然某家商店正在“打折”，但是另一家商店可能会以更低的价格出售同样的东西。

　　Where do you usually go shopping?

　　Well, it depends on what I want to buy. If I buy some daily necessities, like soap, shampoos, shaving supplies, and toothpaste, I’ll go to a supermarket or street market. However, if I look for some clothes, shoes, or bags, I’ll choose some department stores, franchised stores or those fancy boutiques, coz they provide more professional and secure after-sales service.

　　这通常取决于我想买什么。如果我买一些日用品，如肥皂、洗发水、剃须用品和牙膏，我会去超市或街市。但是，如果我要找一些衣服，鞋子，包，我会选择一些百货公司，专卖店或那些高档精品店，因为他们提供更专业和安全的售后服务。

　　Is it difficult for you to make choices when you shop?

　　Oh, it’s not hard for me, coz most items are fixed in price and have very detailed descriptions of the specifications, which is quite easy for me to make a decision to buy them or not. Also, I always have a shopping list that gives me clear guidance, so every time I just go to the shopping mall or department store to buy what I need straight away and don’t hesitate at all.

　　这对我来说并不难，因为大多数商品的价格都是固定的，而且有非常详细的规格说明，这对我来说很容易决定买不买。此外我总是有一个购物清单给我明确的指导，每次去购物中心买我需要的东西我总是不用犹豫。

　　Do you think expensive products are always better than cheaper ones?

　　Not always! It’s true that some expensive products often feature premium quality, but not all of them! I mean, the cost of luxury goods basically includes advertising, marketing, high rents, production materials, tariffs, and etc. So, quality is just a small part of it, and a lot of people buy expensive products not because of the quality, but a sense of accomplishment. You know, a luxury good can go a long way in increasing self-esteem or providing a sense of belonging.

　　不总是! 的确一些昂贵的产品往往以高质量为特色，但并不是所有的产品都是如此! 奢侈品的成本主要包括广告、营销、高昂的租金、生产材料和关税等等。所以，质量只是其中的一小部分，很多人购买昂贵的产品不是因为质量，而是一种成就感。奢侈品可以在很大程度上增加自我认同感或提供一种归属感。

　　Will online shopping replace physical shops?

　　No, I don’t think so. Indeed, the advent of online shopping has already led to a decrease in physical shops because of its convenient nature, and customers may have a broader selection, or get a relatively lower price by shopping online. However, a lot of people always complain about the quality problem and color aberration of online goods. In addition, some people like my mum doesn’t have patience for the delivery. So, physical shops will still be necessary in the future.

　　我不这么认为。确实网上购物的出现已经导致实体店的减少，因为它的便利性质，顾客可能有更广泛的选择，或得到一个相对较低的价格。然而，很多人总是抱怨网上商品的质量问题和色差。此外，有些人比如我妈妈，对寄送没有耐心。所以实体店在未来仍然是必要的。

　　Do you prefer online shopping or shopping at malls?

　　Well, for those daily necessities and fashion accessories, I prefer online shopping, coz I can just stay at home and select goods online, then I can receive home deliveries, which is quite convenient and time-saving. However, for something expensive, like jewelry, watches, and electronic products, I’d like to buy it at malls as I can touch products, feel quality and try them on. And of course, the payment is much safer.

　　对于那些日常生活必需品和时尚配饰，我更喜欢网上购物，因为我可以呆在家里在网上挑选商品，然后收到送货上门，这非常方便和省时。然而，对于像珠宝、手表和电子产品这样昂贵的东西，我想在商场买，因为我可以触摸产品，感觉质量，并穿戴它们，当然付款也更安全。
