　　stress和emphasis有强调的意思，通常可以交替的使用。

　　he stressed/emphasized that the meeting is very important, don't be late

　　而 it is +被强调的事物+that....是比较简单和实用的句式。

　　比如：it is (clear/obvious/certain) that....

　　it is clear that only one person could go to the meeting.

　　It is obvious that Syria will suffer most from this change.

　　it is certain that practices will improve your writing sklls.

　　或者 it is Important (necessary)that

　　it is important that only he could arise the money for the business.

　　it is necessary that you quit smoking for your health.

　　表示总结性论断的可以用conclusion或者after all

　　close to conclusion, there is no evidence to prove the killer is hiden here.

　　no matter where you go in life or how old you get, after all, the life is full of suprise.
