雅思写作、口语中的词汇要如何运用？

　　在口语和写作的学习中，恰当使用词汇或固定搭配(collocation)是关键。一个词汇就能逆袭成一个观点，写作和口语的观点也可无缝嫁接。这样才能将众多写作口语话题桥接起来，融会贯通，化繁为简，学以致用。

　　词汇逆袭：

　　我们先来看一下这道大作文真题：

　　Today, the high sales of popular consumer goods reflect the power of advertising rather than the real needs of the society in which they are sold.

　　To what extent do you agree or disagree?

　　这道题让我们讨论的是产品的高销量反应的是广告的力量还是社会的真正需求

　　如果我们熟悉一个词汇：disposable income可任意支配的收入(也就是闲钱)我们既可以用这个词汇引出支持产品的高销量反应的是广告的力量这一观点，也可以用它支持高销量反应的是社会的真正需求这一观点。

　　下面就是见证词汇逆袭的时刻：

　　1. 广告的力量：

　　Since there should be a limited amount of disposable income consumers are able to spend, people try to allocate their budgets sensibly and buy products they need most. (可支配的收入少---合理分配预算，买最需要的东西)

　　2. 社会的真正需求：

　　Since people today have more disposable income, they tend to overspend on products that they are not really need. (可支配收入多----人们买自己并不真正需要的产品)

　　这样一个简单的词汇就可以逆袭成正反两个观点，同学们在行文中可以根据自己的立场或正反两方面观点的多寡来选择用这一词汇支持哪方观点(1.或2.)。

　　观点嫁接：

　　在来看这样一组例子：

　　shape … into… 将…塑造成为…

　　e.g. shape a talent into achievements

　　make dedicated efforts 竭尽全力

　　适用语境：

　　大作文---天赋与后天努力;教育类

　　口语---ambition;describe a success in your life
