　　In a company, since the frequency of business conferences is always changing in order to coordinate with the process of various projects, it is less probable to gather all engaged members and conduct a meeting simultaneously. Instead, electronics such as online conferencing software could transcend geographical barrier no matter how distant the employees are, contributing to an efficient communication of idea exchange. Hence, it is the flexibility of cyber meetings that caters for both employees and superiors.

　　On top of the effectiveness brought by online meetings, training programs via internet is also favorable ascribed to a relatively lower expense. In other words, not only does it reduce the cost of transportation for learners as there is no need to assemble, but also the
