Then, youngsters decades ago firstly adopted that fashion and garmentproducers began to promote western domestic clothes like jeans,sneakers and pajamas,resulting in its prevailing though time.The last element, its convenience, is to be elaboratedin later development.

　　The popularity of western attire benefits the local as individuals but has apparent negativeimpacts on their culture as a whole. The immigrated clothing are surely convenient for bothformal occasions in which people seem to share similar values and appreciations, and casualones where ordinary consumers can relax by wearing comfortable shirts and jeans and alsobe appreciated according to the mainstream. In the field of production and consumption,this stream facilitate producers in low cost manufacture as merely minor adjustments canmeet the demand for diversity and thus commodities become more affordable than ever.On the down side, traditional clothing and costumes, a significant part of local culture, havebeen ignored and may eventually perish without designed protection.The distinction mayweaken the attraction of tourism as well as dim the cultural identity among its people, letalone the dull unity of dressing.

　　ln conclusion, this major change has its historical and inevitable causes and l believe it couldcoexist well with traditional costumes when people can pick up practical suits for daily wearand dress up classical ones in special celebrations and events like festivals and weddings.
