　　考题回忆E-mail has become the most used method of communication in workplaces. Employees use it to communicate with one another and their superiors, or the people who manage their work. But there are employees who are suggesting that workers should spend more time talking to one another in person or on the telephone instead. Which view do you agree with? Why?

　　解题思路题目真题比较简单，立场建议写同意。

　　理由1： 交流更加有效。解释建议写 团队工作对于交流的及时性和准确性要求高，邮件不能达到，面对面沟通可以深入的讨论问题，达到有效沟通。

　　理由2： 面对面沟通可以拉近关系。解释建议写 很多公司缺少面对面沟通，员工们关系紧张或冷漠等，通过面对面的互动，相互了解，增进感情。

　　参考范文We live in a world where communication through modern technology such as smart phone and computer is so prevalent that it is common that people always use a variety of ways to communicate with others, like texting, emailing, or calling others through phones. Without any doubt, modern devices make our daily communication  faster, more efficient and convenient, but I am fully convinced that workers should spend more time talking to one another in person or on the telephone in workplaces rather than through emails.

　　First and foremost, face-to-face communication can be more effective. By that I mean, in most cases in the workplaces, employees are required to complete tasks in a team where every team member has to share their opinions and views about certain projects. Although emails have been one of the most popular ways to connect with coworkers, a great variety of complaints can be often heard that emails can be time-consuming, because sometimes they have to wait for hours to get a reply in times of emergency or even sometimes they can hardly understand the contents of an email in times of complicated situations. However, talking with colleagues in person or through phones, employees are likely to communicate with their team members more effectively, with explicit explanation, on-the-spot further discussion as well as in-depth interaction, thus reaching an effective solution or a consensus in time, or at least in a more efficient way compared with emails.

　　In addition, interpersonal conversation can definitely make contribution to closer relationship among team members. It is often noticed that workplaces are normally regarded to be a stressful or competitive place where most workers, struggling with daily hustle and bustle, are pretty self-centered or even indifferent to others around them due to insufficient interpersonal communication, which will definitely lead to poor team spirit. Talking to workmates in personal can be an excellent approach to improve relationship. When people start to communicate with others in personal, they can share their experiences and feelings, give instant professional advice to deal with complicated work or even provide care and support, all of which can foster closer and collaborative partnership in a company.

　　In conclusion, I believe that when workers are participating in a group work,it is better to communicate with colleagues in person or through phones, which will contribute to more effective communication as well as closer relationship among colleagues.
