　　Many students starting university must choose a major (main field of study at university), and parents of these students often give them advice about which major to choose. Some parents tell students to choose the major that most interests the students. Other parents tell students that it is best to choose a major that will lead to a job with a high salary, even if that major may not be the one that most interests the students. Which approach do you believe is better and why?

　　参考提纲：

　　Parents should encourage children to select majors that interest them the most instead of majors that may lead to a good job. A lot of people are doing jobs that have nothing to do with what they majored in at college, which means succeeding on campus does not guarantee good career development.

　　Things that people are interested in motivate them the most, so they are more likely to excel and thus have better chance to succeed by taking jobs that are related to their interests.

　　People who major in things they like will also enjoy a much better campus life than those who force themselves to learn something they may not find interesting only for better job opportunities.

　　Iceberg orca和Alaskan orca是不是同一种物种

　　阅读：不是-对比冰山的颜色，颜色不同-发现它们的地方距离很远，Iceberg远离mainland, Alaskan orca距离mainland很近，orca从不迁徙到远离陆地的地方-age不一样，通过测量dorsal fin判断年龄

　　听力：反驳-algae长在iceberg皮肤上，使得看上去darker-orca可以分为mama hunting和fish hunting，Iceberg属于fish hunting，所以会迁徙-dorsal fin到一定年龄就不长了，根据这个来判断年龄不准确

　　Task 2：【听力同意阅读，也类似混合态度】

　　学校要hosting **and lunch session，学生presentation &share experience；get free lunch。听力同意，举例：女生想出国，不知道去哪。男生说他跟同学交流了，看了rainforest的照片很感兴趣，可以有更多远足的活动，还能学Spanish，很心动。但是对午餐不感兴趣（类似混合态度）

　　Task 3：

　　locomotion。动物用周围环境来移动，不消耗自身能量。举例蜘蛛，他们为了找更多食物会远离族群，爬到树顶吐丝然后让风带着他们去新的地方，没有那么多蜘蛛就可以找更多食物Task 4：2个market research，一个quantitative，一个opinion based research。举了个车的例子，一款车在没孩子的家庭卖的好，有孩子的买的不好，这是数据分析，然后问卷调查，发现后座太小，孩子坐着不舒服，所以有娃家庭不买
