What extent do you agree or disagree?  In this day and age, people in society are unhealthier than in the past due to greater pressure at work and school as well as a change in lifestyle habits. Nonetheless, whether or not residents should maintain healthy lifestyles based on their social responsibilities or personal benefits will be discussed.  With respect to society, individuals have an obligation to maintain health and fitness in order to prevent the spread of disease and illness to others. Sicknesses tend to spread among the unhealthiest groups of society more easily, not to mention the health costs associated with unhealthy populations are extremely huge. Doctors are stretched thin in hospitals and medical equipment is lacking in numerous regions, leading to higher costs for government and taxpayers.  Nevertheless, people still need to maintain a decent level of fitness for themselves. A lack of sleep, poor dietary conditions and mental health issues can all be prevented by making a few simple has ever chosen the latter.
