　　Some people say job satisfaction is more important than job securit while others believe that having a permanent job is better than enjoyin the job. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion. (20141014）

　　When job-hunting, whether you should look for a job that offers job security, or the one that offers iob satisfaction has been a great dilemma.

　　When entering the work market many young people prefer to look for a job that gives them job satisfaction. They probably chose their favourite majors at university and then, once graduated, look orward to finding a job that they enjoy and is related to their majors. Obviously, if people can do what they love to do, they will have passion doing it. This kind of work will not only bring pleasure to people, but also help people be more creative and inspired.  It is not difficult to imagine that if a child who loves music from an early age is lucky enough to be able to continue learning music into their adulthood and become a professional musician, he/she will bring more to the music industry.

　　For the average person, however, their career path may not be so smooth. Firstly, most children are not sure what they are interested in or passionate about. Also, when deciding what to study at university, they may choose a degree course at random, as opposed to something they are good at or enjoy. For these people, the main purpose of finding a job is not job satisfaction but to simply support their families. When approaching middle age, these people will be more anxious about the stability of their iob, F their perspective, their lives are secure only when they have a stable job which brings them a stable income.

　　To conclude, it is difficult to say whether iob satisfaction or job security is more important. However, regardless what someone does for a living the true value of a person can only be seen when he she is doing a job that suits him/her.

　　在求职的时候，究是该一份安稳的工作还是找一份自己满意的工作，这是一个让人纠结的问题。

　　在别进入就业市场时，很多年轻人都倾向于找一份自己喜欢的工作。他们可能在大学里就选择了自己喜欢的专业，毕业时希望找一份自己喜欢并且与所学专业相关的工作。显然，如果人们可以从事自己热爱的工作，那么他们将充满情。这种工作不仅会给人带来愉悦，还会让人充满创造力和灵感。不难想象，一个从小就热爱音乐的孩子，如果将来有幸可以继续学习音乐，并且顺利地成为一名专业的音乐家，那么他将带来许多有品质的音乐作品。

　　然而，对于很多普通人来说，他们的职业道路可能并不那么顺利。首先，大部分孩子不确定自己对什么感兴或热衷于什么。在决定上大学学什么专业的时候，他们可能随意选择了一个专业，而不是选择一个自己撞长或喜欢的专业。对于这些人来说，找一份工作的主要目的并不是为了取悦自己，而是为了养家糊口。等到了中年，这些人更在乎工作的稳定性。在他们来看，只有当工作和收入稳定时，他们的生活才能有安全感。

　　综上所述，满意的工作或安稳的工作其实很难比较哪一个更好。但是，无论一个人做什么工作谋生，只有工作适合他/她时，才能实现其真正的价值。
