　　With social and technological advances, especially the advent of air freight and telecommunications，people's life has revolutionized. As a result, international tourism and international business have entailed people‘s attention ’due to the closer distance between people and the increase in communication. In my opinion, society has benefited from this.

　　On the one hand, International tourism can give society a new impetus to economic development. For example, the tourism industry, which is New Zealand’s largest export earner, contributes significantly to New Zealand’s economic growth and prosperity, contributing approximately 20% of the total exports for the year 2017, according to BBC’s report. Besides, total tourism expenditure in New Zealand also continues to increase, along with an increase in international tourist arrivals to 3.5 million visitors. This increase in visitor spend provides strong economic opportunities across the tourism sector and related industries.

　　On the other hand，international business also has many advantages and benefits for the society，especially the one related to production or manufacturing company. A major advantage the company can have is that the product it produces is not available in the international market which the company is targeting. The firm, therefore, has a “production advantage” which it can use to maximize benefit. As a result, it is one of the benefits of the International business that the firm can establish a monopoly or a duopoly in the target market, thereby generating a lot of revenue. In other words，if the products are differentiated and the differentiation is possible only in one’s own country, then a company can definitely benefit from expanding the International markets.

　　Overall, there are many benefits to international tourism and international business expansion and all the above points prove that if one country has the capital and the potential to expand, then one should do so because there are many benefits associated with it.
