　　In modern life, it Is no longer necessary to use animals as food or In other products, like clothing and medicine, To what extent do you agree or disagree? (20160312)

　　With the development of civilised world. some people suggest that animals should no longe be used for food or processed into other animal products. However, my opinion is quite the opposite.

　　In terms of diet, in my opinion it is impossible for numan beings to completely cease eating animal meat altogether. If we consider the dietary facts, a human body requires a vanety of nutrients, among which some special nutrients such as vitamin B12 and vitamin D, are commonly found in animal meats. For a vegetarian, the imbalance in nutrient intake will evitably lead to heaith problems. Secondly, some meat such as beef and lamb, has a long history in te human diet and has even become an important part of the cuisine culture in many regions.

　　Although many products made from endangered animals have been banned, there are still some animal products which have not been completely banned due to a number of reasons. For example me reg ons expenence extreme coldness, therefore ocas have to wear eiderdown outwears and leather ats to keep warm, which are usually made of animal feathers or fur. In additon, modem medicine cannot be developed without first testing medicines on animals and plants, or using them as part of the medicine. For example, the ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine contain lots of natural plants and animal body parts, and cannot be substituted by synthetic drugs.

　　In summary, it seems to be unrealistic to completely stop using animals for food, clothing and medicine. For this reason I disagree with the point stated in the topic.

　　随着现代文明的发展，有些人建不应该再将动物作为人类的食物或者将动物加工成其他的动物制品。然而，我的看法完全相反。

　　从饮食方面来说，我认为人类是不可能完全停上食用肉类的。考虑到食言养需求，人体需要各种各样的养素。有一些特殊的言养东通常存在于肉类食物中，如维生素B12和维生素D。对于素食者来说，营养素摄入不均衡必然导数健康受损。其次，像牛羊肉等有肉类在人类饮食历史中已经存在很久了，甚至已经成为许多地区饮食文化中重要的部分。

　　虽然许多危动物产品已被禁止，是，由于各种原因，仍有许多动物制品未被完全禁止。比如，在有些冬季极度寒冷的地区，人们需要羽绒服、皮帽子等衣物御寒，而这些衣物通常是用动物的羽毛或者皮毛制作的。此外，如果不先在动植物身上做药物测试，现代医学就无法发展。动植物也是某些药物的组成成分。明如，传统中药成分中就有多种天然植物和动物器官，而且，它们不能用化学合成药物来代替。

　　总而言之，完全不将动物用于食物、衣服和药物似乎是不现实的。因此，我完全不认同题目中的观点。

　　其他的角度就没必要提了，如有些艺术品也是用动物的身体或骨骼制作的，这主要是受字数制约，不能面面俱到。
