　　Financial aids for under-developed countries are with good intentions, but some arguethis form of help has little effect on poverty alleviation. This essayillustrates the defects of pure monetary assistance and the efficiency of otherkinds, and thus help raise people's living standard in the target area.

　　Poorcountries can not exceed their own limit through only funding. The first flawin financial aids comes from the domestic corruption, which is usually severe,widespread and difficult to curb, caused by the urgent eager of officials toescape poverty. Under this circumstance, the funding hardly reaches fieldsneeded. In the more profound level, the efficiency of funding provided is quitelow if the authorities being helped are in charge of it management. Asdeveloping nations possess poorer performance in cornerstone investment andbudget allocation, the money is provided for short-term needs like buying foodmedicines.

　　In contrast,other sorts of support can bring more dynamic to the economy. Firstly, theglobal corporations can set up factories and establish projects for basicfacilities, which eventually improves the local employment and infrastructureand benefit the entrepreneur as well. Secondly, in order to assist specificsectors, rich countries can send specialized groups in curing the pandemic andproviding technical support, solving immediate problems and develop expertiseto the local teams spontaneously.

　　In conclusion, although financial assistance releasesgood will and meets immediate demands, a whole variety of methods combined isnecessary for the poor countries to overcome poverty and other domestic issuesin the long run.
