　　My name is Khalid and I am a Canadian teacher. This is a difficult time for all of us. We have gone through a lot of pain, suffering, fear and worry. This is a part of our lives that we will never forget.

　　In this time of uncertainty, I am certain that hope is something we need to hold onto. We should have hope that things will get better. We should remain positive and optimistic.

　　In times like this, we should realize what is most important to us. Our loved ones, our health and our pursuit to improve. Take care of yourself and take care of those around you. We will get through this together.
